About Us

At Pozsar's Gymnastics, we strive to provide an atmosphere where every gymnast can compete successfully at the level of his or her ability. Any team member can go as far in the sport of gymnastics as his/her effort and determination will allow. Our coaching staff is trained at all levels, including the international elite level.

Pozsar's Gymnastics was established 25 years ago, and as it was then, our primary focus is on the gymnast, not the operations of our facility. We pride ourselves in maintaining a small group environment, and therefore can give each gymnast the attention and one-on-one coaching to accelerate their success.

One of our goals is to develop Olympic candidates. But along the way, we place significant importance on educating all team members on the spirit of competition, developing strong moral and social values, and encouraging growth both as individuals and teammates. When you train at Pozsar's, you learn not only the skills to make you successful in gymnastics, but you gain skills to be successful in other sports, in school, in business and in life.

Our recreational program gives students the opportunity to gain self-confidence, physical strength and endurance, and establish, in some cases, life-long friendships. It is a terrific launching zone to our competitive team program.
