PAYMENT POLICY

Tuition is paid on a monthly basis and is due on or before the last class of the previos month in order to insure your child's place in class. You will not be billed (unless you have an outstanding balance). We realize you may occasionally overlook the payment of you child’s tuition. If the tuition has not been paid, the child will not be allowed to participate in their class until payment is received. Please add a $5.00 Late Fee to tuition if paying after the first class month.

Special make-up days will be held on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 4:30-5:30 or 4:30-6:30 (depending on level). Special arrangements will be made by the office for Kinder gym and Boys classes when a make-up class is needed. When your child misses a class, you will need to secure a “make-up slip” from the office, prior to the make-up date in order to insure that we arrange for the proper number of coaches. No make-ups will be authorized by telephone. Our fee structure is based on four classes per month. Even though there may be times when there is an extra class during the month, we do not charge for the extra class. If your child has attended four classes during a month that has five classes in it, and misses one, no make-up will be given, as you have only paid for four classes. There are no make-ups given for holidays. In addition, make-ups will not be given if tuition is not current. Make-ups must be made no later than one month after the missed class. Furthermore, if you know in advance that you will be unable to attend a class, a make-up cannot be scheduled until the class has actually been missed.

Students should arrive 5 minutes prior to class in order to check in at the office and get their attendance sticker. Students should only come to class at their scheduled time. If you wish to change your child’s class time, please contact the office so that availability can be checked. Promotions to the next class level are made by the coaches, through the office, and only at the end of the month. Students are to remain in the lobby until they are instructed to line up and follow the coach onto the workout area. Students that arrive 10 minutes late will not be allowed to participate.
